According to the "Energy Efficiency Benchmark and Benchmark Levels in Key Fields of High Energy Consumption Industries (2021 Edition)", the energy efficiency benchmark level of the top mounted coke oven process is 110 kilograms of standard coal/ton, and the benchmark level is 135 kilograms of standard coal/ton; The benchmark level of energy efficiency in the stamping coke oven process is 110 kilograms of standard coal per ton, and the benchmark level is 140 kilograms of standard coal per ton. Renovation of public and auxiliary facilities. Increase the proportion of efficient and energy-saving products such as energy-saving water pumps, permanent magnet motors, permanent magnet speed regulation, and switched reluctance motors, allocate motor power reasonably, and save electrical energy in the system. Encourage the use of low-quality heat sources from the coking industry for heating in surrounding towns. 3、 Work Objectives By 2025, the proportion of production capacity above the energy efficiency benchmark level in the coking industry will exceed 30%, and production capacity below the energy efficiency benchmark level will be basically cleared. The industry's energy-saving and carbon reduction effects will be significant, and the green and low-carbon development capacity will be significantly improved.
