Project Overview

Construction scale: 20X3MW internal combustion power generation

1. Phase 1: 10 × 3MW internal combustion power generation with supporting construction of 50000m ³/ H Gas purification system, distribution equipment, and integration of power generation into the municipal power grid

2. Gas source: The tail gas produced by Junkai's new environmentally friendly Lancan furnace produces 600000 tons of Lancan annually (4 × 150000 tons), with an annual surplus of about 40 million meters of blue carbon exhaust gas ³

Project highlights 

Relying on Jiangsu Shengyuan's first major technical equipment in the national energy field in 2021: NPG4000 gas internal combustion engine (4000kW), it has demonstrated high-power internal combustion gas power generation in the Chinese charcoal industry.

The highest single unit power gas internal combustion power generation equipment currently being demonstrated and applied in China is the 3000kW blue carbon gas power generation unit.

Junkai Phase I 10 × The 3MW power generation project is currently the world's largest gas internal combustion power plant with installed capacity.
